Beautiful Skin Superfood!

Blueberries taste great in pancakes, topping yogurt, and for making pies, but did you know they are also a beautiful skin superfood?

Bluberry Smoothie

Serves 2

________________________________________________________________________________

Ingredients

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 banana (frozen)

12 ounces of almond milk

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

2 dates (remove pits!)

1 tablespoon of chia seeds optional (soak in 3 tablespoons of water for two hours to maximize health benefits)

Mint garnish optional

How-to

Place all ingredients except the mint in your blender and blend away!

Pour into two glasses and garnish with mint if you’d like.
