Hello Beauties! Today we are sharing a DIY face mask that you can easily incorporate into your weekly schedule.
- Start and end the day with clean skin. Your skin detoxes at night so do wash in the morning with a gentle cleanser like Ecco Bella Cleansing Milk . Remove all make up at the end of the day. A make up wipe is a good start and then cleanse. I like Juice Beauty or Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser.
- Always use SPF over your moisturizer and prior to foundation or powder.
- Treat your skin to a weekly face mask (love these). Sometimes face masks can be a little pricey so I thought I’d share one that is simple to make www.bestventolininhalers.com with ingredients right out of your refrigerator.
We’ve created a simple video to show you how easy this is. My special guest and beauty contributor Cassie is helping out today and sharing a few of her make up tips!
Milk and Honey Face Mask
Ingredients:
1 TB plain whole milk yogurt
1 TB honey (heat gently until liquid ~ do not microwave)
The juice of 1/4 of a lemon
1 teaspoon of Bentonite Clay (for oily skin) or oatmeal (for sensitive or dry skin)
Gently mix your preferred ingredients into a small bowl. Apply with fingertips and leave on for at least ten minutes and then rinse with cool water. Moisturize and add sunscreen as needed.
Without preservatives (we like that!) this mask will only last a day or two in your refrigerator.
Enjoy!

Hi Emily:) so glad you enjoyed the post. The surface of our skin absorbs everything .. so it makes sense to take care when applying products. xo L
