Today I’m sharing snippets of our life lately and a few lovely links. First though, I have an announcement! We have a new baby! Last week we welcomed Luna, Layla’s grand niece into our home. Luna is 10 weeks old and the sweetest little puppy. Just like a toddler, everything goes into her mouth and she’s teething so she wants to bite everything. I am working around her nap time and there are lots of potty breaks so life is a bit hectic but it’s all incredibly sweet and a much needed distraction during this difficult and unsettling time.
Life Lately
I’ve been diving into reading and switched out my shelf and coffee table books so I have fresh ideas and inspiration to consider for our home. I shared my favorite coffee table books here in case you missed it!
In the Pacific Northwest our winters are cold, gray, and dark. Candles, clay mug, coaster, and cozy slippers create the perfect ambiance. I’ve added some of my favorites to my bedside table to create a cozy nighttime retreat. My favorite tea has been mint recently and I am experimenting with a few of my own blends as well.
I’ve been focused on nurturing with pressed juices and nourishing soups. Have you seen my favorite soup list?
