This is one of our favorite cocktails and it's always a hit with our guests. In the summertime we garnish it with an edible flower and around the holidays we add a lemon twist. Adjust the ingredients to taste.
Fill your Boston Shaker with about 2/3 cup ice.
Squeeze lemon juice over the ice.
Add elderflower cordial liqueur and Gin or Vodka.
Shake the mixture for 20 to 30 seconds and pour into champagne flutes.
Add Prosecco and garnish.
