In the summertime I love a drink that’s cold and citrusy on a warm afternoon. My Fresh Lime & Mint Electrolyte Mocktail has become one of my favorite summertime rituals. It’s light and refreshing, naturally hydrating, and comes together in just a few minutes.
Made with coconut water, fresh lime juice, mint, a touch of sea salt, and a drizzle of honey, it’s an easy way to stay hydrated while enjoying something that feels a little more special than plain water.
