Grammy's Apple Pudding Recipe

I remember standing in the kitchen with Grammy decades ago watching her make apple bread pudding. She said “here’s the secret ingredient” and walked over to a cabinet and pulled out a bottle of brandy. She poured some in a glass for herself and then added a healthy amount ;) to the egg and milk mixture.

I later learned she added it to a few of her holiday cookie dough recipes too. No wonder the cookies were so delicious!
