Peach Baked Brie Reicpe

Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie (8 0z)
- 4 fresh peaches, sliced thin
- 3-4 tbsp honey
- 4-5 springs thyme
- flakey salt to finish
- crispy sourdough bread or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place brie wheel in cast iron skillet
- Layer peaches over and around the brie. Drizzle honey over the top
- Add thyme on and around the brie and berries
- Bake 15-20 minute or until golden and cheese is melted
- Remove from oven, add flakey salt, and serve with pieces of sourdough bread or crackers
