How to make my seasoning
It’s super simple. Just measure according to the recipe below and mix.
How to use in cooking
Experiment with the amount of seasoning you prefer. Start with about two tablespoons of seasoning plus about a quarter cup of water. Mix until dissolved and then simmer for about 5 minutes. I usually turn of the flame and cover the taco meat, allowing the seasonings to settle into the meat. When we make tacos I always use ground beef rather than turkey or chicken. It just has a better flavor.
