Busy mornings are best tackled with ready-to-go breakfasts like this sweet, creamy Overnight Oats. The creaminess of nut butter combined with sweet jelly is classic comfort food that satiates our sweet tooth and provides us with healthy fats and protein to sustain us.
Here is my version of this All-American classic. Albeit slightly healthier, I’m sure you will enjoy it just as much.
I prepare a couple containers a week and use them when I know it’s going to be a rushed morning. The airtight container is easy to heat up and take to go. This recipe is packed full of protein, fiber, and healthy carbohydrates that will keep you until lunchtime.

Leslie, this looks delicious and I bet it is super filling. Question, when do you add the milk?
Hi Lauren :) I guess I didn’t specify that! ..my mistake. The liquid can go in right after the oats. You can use water or regular or nut milk! Let me know what you think and tag me!
