This easy Halloween chocolate brittle is a treat that’s as much fun to make as it is to eat. It starts with a layer of rich chocolate and gets topped with a festive mix of candy corn, chocolate candies, white chocolate pieces, gummy candies, mini marshmallows, and Halloween sprinkles. A sprinkling of flaky sea salt brings everything together.
It’s colorful and playful enough for kids, but still has that homemade, nostalgic feel I love.
Tip:
Don’t worry about making the toppings perfectly even. The irregular pieces and little pockets of candy are what make this brittle so festive and fun.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
