This summer key lime pie starts with a simple graham cracker crust and is filled with sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, yogurt, and cream cheese. It is a refreshing pie recipe that will become a summer staple!
Here is what you’ll need to make my key lime pie recipe
- 8 to 10 limes. Make sure they are plump with smooth skin so that when you squeeze them, they yield more juice. Figure on getting a couple tablespoons of juice in each lime.
- Sweetened condensed milk is canned milk with the water removed and sugar added. Do not use evaporated milk (it’s easy to mix them up!)
- No egg yolk in this recipe! You’ll need yogurt and cream cheese :)
Yield: 8-10 slices
