A couple years ago I found these marinated olive at my local grocer. I bought them whenever I was hosting a party and everyone devoured them. Since then the grocer changed the recipe and they aren’t nearly as good .. so I decided to make them myself. After a little bit of trial and error I got it! You can use any olives but I suggest you try my recipe because they are so good!

Marinated Olives
You may use whatever olives you’d like for the Antipasto Wreath however taking a few extra minutes to marinate your own olives is a game changer. Side note: the marinated olives can be stored in Ball jars and gifted. How fun to send your guests home with their own jar of marinated olives!
Antipasto Wreath
An easy and delicious appetizer to prepare when you're short on time.
Ingredients
- Fresh Rosemary and Basil garnish
- Tortellini
- Cherry tomatoes
- Marinated olives (recipe below)
- Proscuitto
- Salami
- For olives:
- 1 cup large Sicilian green olives
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1/2 tsp red chili pepper
- 2 tsp dill
- 1 tsp marjoram
Instructions
For the wreath: Assemble wreath with Rosemary and Basil. Add tortellini, rolled salami, prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, and marinated olives.
For the olives, combine all ingredients and allow to marinate for several hours or overnight if possible.
