Blueberries taste great in pancakes, topping yogurt, and for making pies, but did you know they are also a beautiful skin superfood?
Blueberries are also loaded with Vitamin C, an antioxidant that helps maintain skin elasticity and improve
collagen production.
So go ahead and grab a handful and your skin will love you for it!

Thanks Leslie. We love blueberries here, eat them most mornings. I love adding them to muffins and i think this is a really good smoothie recipe. I’m saving this for making smoothies.
