Beautiful Skin Superfood!
Blueberries taste great in pancakes, topping yogurt, and for making pies, but did you know they are also a beautiful skin superfood?
The dark color in the skin contains compounds called anthocyanins, a powerful antioxidant that helps stop harmful free radicals from damaging your skin.

Thanks Leslie. We love blueberries here, eat them most mornings. I love adding them to muffins and i think this is a really good smoothie recipe. I’m saving this for making smoothies.
