When we decided on the cement sink for our remodel I knew I’d need to do something special to this guest bathroom.
The Process
Once we had the sink in, it took a year to decide what to do with the walls. Do we wallpaper, ship lap, paint, or all of the above?
After lots of back-and-forth we decided to bead board about 40 inches with the molding – about1/2 way up, and then painted the rest.
Because this is our main guest bathroom I didn’t want a traditional tub so we went with a smaller shower/tub with claw feet.
For the flooring, we went with timeless marble hexagon tiles.
I found a beautiful antique medicine cabinet to go over the sink. It’s perfect and adds so much character.
