With Saint Patrick’s day coming up I thought it would be fun to share green and gold cottage farmhouse decorating ideas. I’m curious, do you make corned beef and cabbage this time of year?
As luck would have it (haha!) I am trending on soft greens and other pastels. Pretty linens, candles, brass candle holders, baskets filled with cozy linens ..all this is what’s working for me right now.

Wood kitchen island: Starting with this gorgeous piece! I have one that’s similar in my kitchen and love it so much. I use the top to prepare and serve food, the lower section is great for storage.
Vintage brass candle holders are a must for a cottage or farmhouse style home. I use mine year round.
These tapers are budget friendly and come is such a beautiful array of pastel spring colors.
I’ve purchased a couple of these vintage landscape paintings recently. Two are on my mantle and I have one in my kitchen. The muted colors are cozy and add warmth to any space.
I now officially have a collection (only 3 :) of these Dundee jars. I don’t go overboard with collectables but having a few pieces is fun. Mine on currently on my kitchen shelves and they are filled with vintage flatware and wooden spoons.
Staying with my green and gold theme, I added this gold mixer to the list! These come in different colors and if you are a baker ;) they are fun to switch out seasonally.
To go with the mixer! Do you have a cake stand? The Mosser glass is classic and this color is nice for spring and summer events.
Last but not least, don’t forget green linens! These would be pretty for Easter too!
