Today I’m sharing my Pomegranate Brie Bites, made with crunchy slices of baguette, melty brie, a drizzle of honey, sparkling pomegranate seeds, and a sprig of rosemary for that fragrant, wintery finish.

Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 wheel of Brie
- Pomegranate seeds
- Honey
- Rosemary
- Optional, flaky salt
Details:
- Slice baguette into 1/2 inch pieces and lay them on a baking sheet.
- Top with brie and brush with olive oil.
- Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted and the bread is getting toasty.
- Finish with holiday magic: Top with pomegranae seeds and drizzle with warm honey.
Tips and variations:
Try using lavender honey! You can also swap the fruit out. Try this recipe with cranberries or figs.

Pomegranate Brie Bites
Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 pomegranate, seeds removed
- 1 Brie round, sliced into small pieces
- olive oil
- honey
- Rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a cookie tray with parchment paper.
- Place sliced baguette pieces on baking tray.
- Add a small slice of brie to each piece of bread.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Place in oven for 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is staring to brown on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and top with Pomegranate seeds.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh rosemary.
- Tastes best when served straight out of the oven. I've also covered with foil and reheated - they are still delicious.
