Today I’m talking about springtime and bunnies! We will have lots of little ones here next weekend for an Easter egg hunt followed by brunch. I’ll be serving little egg bites and this delicious lemon pound cake for the adults.

I found this beautiful table cloth and added my special Villeroy & Boch china. I love it because it’s not only beautiful it’s also a versatile design and color that can be used year round. I’ve been slowly collecting and I’ll be looking forward to purchasing the soup dishes next.

I added the sweetest ceramic bunnies and a big vase of colorful flowers, a nod to spring. The linens are very simple and then I added a wood napkin rings that add coziness and warmth to the table. The bee tumbles are the perfect size for water or juice.

Candles are always on my table and the twisted tapers are my favorite. I added them to vintage brass candle holders. I’m mixing old and new, creating a simple, cozy setting for our Easter brunch.
